Da lista das 50 empresas com mais reclamações no Procon Guarulhos, divulgada nesta quinta-feira (14) pelo órgão, 22 são instituições bancárias. Segundo o ranking, o Bradesco lidera com 588 reclamantes em 2023; Caixa e BMG fecham o pódio negativo guarulhense, com 261 e 236, respectivamente.
“A divulgação e a transparência do ranking são importantes para os consumidores, pois facilitam a comparação entre empresas, ajudando-os a identificarem aquelas que melhor atendem às suas necessidades. Por outro lado, aumentam a conscientização e a responsabilidade das empresas para a melhoria de seus serviços e o atendimento aos consumidores com a qualidade que merecem”, afirmou a coordenadora do Procon Guarulhos, Vera Tulher.
